Lots of veggies, stack the plate up!

Chicken breasts or those white frozen fish fillets, jazz them up with mustard/pesto/harissa paste/honey basically anything.

And some tiny mini treat chocolate bars or curly whurlys (also keep them in the freezer) for a low point choccy fix! Or a bar of really nice choccy.. BUT break it up into chunks first so you're not tempted to eat it all in one go!

Oh and french fry crisps (BOGOF in sainsburys)

Thanks for the welcome back :)

I'm feeling very good. I went food shopping yesterday, so have lots of healthy food in the house. I'm making lemon chicken tonight, with lots of veg.

I went for a walk earlier, and will try to do one of my dvds this evening.

Hi everyone

Hope you've all had a good weekend.

I've not been too bad, been for a few walks, and have not eaten too much. Back in work today, so back to a routine, so that makes my dieting a bit easier.

Got some Kiwi fruit, grapes and satsumas to munch on, so that should keep me going :)

I'm going for a walk tonight, and will do some sit ups and weights.

Hopefully I am back on track
