    There is no clear answer to this in any of the sausage threads. Could anyone tell me the syn value pls? Would really appreciate it. Info for 2 sausages

    Prot 6.9g
    Carb 8.2g
    Fat 6.6g
    Of which sat 3.2g
    Fibre 0.6g

    Get the crappy ones from morrisons... Free then... Also order online from joes sausages... Free burgers n sausages delivered :)

    Morrison's low fat sausages are 1/2 syn. There are no supermarket sausages that are free anymore...sorry!

    Sorry cant help with the question OP no access to sw at the minute for me :D
