I there, have been at sw for 5 weeks, lost up to last week 81/2 lb so pleased with that but stuck to it like rigid, swam a mile twice last week, ran 4 miles, ate beans and ryvita while husband and daughter had fish and chips, even missed lunch Saturday (not intentionally) and put on 2lb this week! Do not know what to do, whether to eat less or eat more, leader does not even know I exist as never stay to class, too many other things to do and find them very condescending if I'm honest?

Hiya, they say that if your muscles ache after exercise they are holding water? that could be to do with the weight gain, or 'The time of the month' that could be another problem, but my group leader and most of the people who attend my group say they lose more by eating more x

i find if i drink enough water during the week, i don't have any weight loss. do you drink a lot of water.

this week i have not drunk water for two days, and find myself bloated and yuke. have picked up my water intake today and starting to feel better.
