So, I decided to start this whole thing today. I found it kind of off to start in the middle of the week. Either way it's time I start eating healthier.
Anyway, weighed myself, and I am starting at exactly 140 lbs. The good side to that number is I've managed to keep that annoying 5 lbs I've had, off for the last year

Now the real test begins this week, let's see how I do. Hopefully I can continue with it and not give up like before :fingerscrossed: .
