Hi I've been at slimming world 4 weeks and lost 51/2 lbs..not loads but I've had so many nights out/away every weekend since I started so it could be worse. Food I'm not too bad with when I'm out but alcohol is another story. I like to enjoy and not have to think too much about SW or syns when I'm out. Do any of you banks syns for the weekends? X
