Hi vicky, im not doing sw, i am calorie counting, im type 2 also, so your restricted on the amount of fat and sugar you can consume as you probably know.
Ihave cut all chocolate and bad fats from my diet.
Haven`t had chocolate or crisps for 5 weeks now, just been eating loads of fruit which you still have to be careful of with the natural sugars in them.
Im sure sw will be able to help you with being diabetic.
