1lb at a time!
Hello! I can't tell you how many times I have started a new diet! But today, Monday 1st July 2013, I'm here again and determined to lose some weight (3 stone in total to target). I've been successful on SW before but I've got lazy with it, so today I am starting on SlimFast, here goes...
I plan to have mini goals, but main focus (for now) is in 12 weeks time for my 1st wedding anniversary (and hopefully a week away somewhere) and ideally I'd like to have lost 24 lbs (1st 10lbs) in that time, a doable 2lbs a week.
Monday 1st July - 15 stone 3lbs
Snacks:
105 kcal - 300ml skimmed milk (for tea and coffee throughout the day)
100 kcal - 5 x ice pops throughout the day
165 kcal - McCoys Bacon (don't ask but I am admitting it on here!)
550 kcal - Milky Bar (again, don't ask but I am admitting it on here!)
Breakfast:
230 kcal - Banana shake
Dinner:
