Started taking Dida from Boots to calm down my poor insides - TMI I know, but really suffering from fruit and veg overload :8855:. Has cinnamin and peppermint oils in the capsules, have worked a charm!! Bloat gone, along with other unpleasant side-effects...But I digress...
Anyhows, I'm guessing that there must be syns in these with them being oil. But the packet does not give calories or fat content or anything, so don't know how to work them out. Anyone got any ideas?
