Step 1 Sole Source Diet energy drinks

First day today and normally i get through 3/4 cans of diet energy drinks a day (7cals each )

How much of a difference would 1 can a day make if it's only 7 calories ? I'm going to do my best to wean off it altogether ( I.e make one can last all day .... Then after a few days cut it out altogether )

On the my fitness pal app when I input my cambridge meals it estimates I will weigh 13.1 in 5 weeks and when I add one can it says the same so I don't think it will hurt. ?

As with things like diet coke it's not the fat, calorie or carb content that puts it on the no list: it's the citric acid! I strongly recommend talking to your consultant
