This diet is same as Cambridge but cheaper. Is anyone else on this? I would like support as this is my first day. I did Cambridge years ago and now need to shift more weight.

My 2 week supply (shakes only) arrived on Friday and I've started today. First impression is nice taste and the vanilla was creamy. Shame everyone around me is now scoffing food! Good luck with it, unfortunately I'm a veteran of VLCD - 3rd time around for me

Usually 100 meals or 60 meal offers on their website, worth a look into if you are wanting some different products to try on a VLCD
