Does anyone want to be my weight loss buddy/mentor?

I really need help :( What I could do with is a list of foods that say yes you can eat me, yes you can eat me in moderation or no you can't eat me at all... :(
 
WW dont really have foods like that as such, obviously things like vegetables are free so eat them as much as you like. the rest is just common sense and your personal preference. Thats the whole beauty of WW and why most of us do it, nothing at all is offlimits. keep to your points and you can use them as you like :)
 
Hi as Starlight says we can eat what we want in our points but we learn that the more healthy filling foods like low GI fills us up and we can have more, sensible choices and relearning eating habits that lose us weight and helps us stay slim....
