Does this happen to anybody else???

Hi, four weeks ago I decided to knuckle down good and proper with the propoints. I pointed everything that passed my lips and loss 6lb, the following week it was TOTM so gained 3 and half lb. The week after that I lost 5lb and then last week gained 4lb. OK, so the last couple of weeks I slipped a little abit but still followed the plan 99%. Wondering what it will be this week but I am getting abit fed up because in a month it only works out at 3 and half lb weightloss. I do have a lot of weight to lose and thought it may be falling off abit quicker.

Thinking about the possibility of surgery but wary of the side effects.

Hi Alio, I been doing the diet three weeks! 1st week lost 5.5 2nd lost 3 (totm) and 3rd week gained 3.5 :-( aint got a clue why as like you been sticking to it! going to give it another week and see what happens! My consultant advised me to do the plan on ww where you dont count points just eat unlimited foods that are highlighted in green, with anything else taken out of weekly points! bit torn as to what to do at mo, as desperate to not gain again x
