Does what you intially weigh affect weightloss??

    Can anyone help....

    Does anyone know if it makes any difference what weight you start on as to how much you lose?

    Random question i know...but my friend reckons she wouldnt lose as much as me as shes a stone lighter...is this true?!xxx

    I think it all depends on height as well as what you have been eating leading up to actually starting your diet????

    I think people drop weight faster if they weight more to begin with.

    Yeah, the heavier you are the bigger the losses.

    Not necessarily the case. In my group i was by far the heaviest and have consistently lost 1 stone a month (except first month as larger loss) but the most sucessful slimmer was a girl who was a size 16 to start with, she lost 1.5 stones at least every month and sometimes 2 stones.

    Thanks for that guys....ill pass it on....lets face it, even if shes right its not too bad coz it means ill lose more weight, any weight loss is a bonus!!

    Silhouettes, oh my god!! 59.2 kg is absolutely AMAZING!!! WELL DONE!!!!!!!!! xxx
