Doing ok ish!

I am glad i went back to class i really am now. I must say i am finding it hard getting back to it after not being on a diet for so long...
But i am doing ok i am not being 100% but i am easing my self in day by as i so want my clothes to feel better.
The good thing is i am doing something right as the scales have moved!

Thats great Gemma! But if you dont mind can I suggest one thing? Dont keep weighing yourself! Wait till your weigh in then it will feel like a bigger achievement.. otherwise you might feel as though you havent lost much since the last time you checked! Only saying coz I am guilty of it and I know on previous diets Ive felt as though... "Oh ive only lost 1/2 lb.." when the weeks total would be more.
I hope that makes sense!
