Hi. I've been a yo yo dieter for years but now trying to stick to slimming world at home because I hate the pressure in groups. I have IBS (so trying to follow low fodmap) and my monthly cycles aren't just once a month they are twice a month which is a nightmare. Long story short, due to this I am struggling badly as I normally put on anything up to 4lbs those weeks and it then disheartens me so I end up failing miserably, but this time I really don't want to. Does anyone have any tips for me please? Thanks
