Drench????

Hi, does anybody know how many syns in a 440ml bottle of Drench (Cranberry and Raspberry/orange and passionfruit). I have looked it up on the sw website and it's no there...Per 100ml it has 33 kcals, and carbohyrates 7.7mg (nil fat and all the rest).

Would be very grateful if someone could let me know, even if it's just a guesstimate!

Yikes! Downed two without thinking about it. And I thought I'd been so good this weekend. WI tomorrow - what timing. Ho hum. That'll teach me to check BEFORE rather than AFTER something's been eaten or drunk! Thanks again Allie...

I work for the company that produces the drench drinks and they do it as a preservative. I too have made the mistake of drinking them down as we can have them for free. I'm going to try and limit myself to one per day max !
