drinking throughout the day

I know some people on here have mentioned that they have better losses when they drink more. I try to drink as much as I can although some days I barely drink anything! x

We've been told we should drink at least 3 of them big bottles of water from ASDA per day... I struggle with one lol I just don't tend to drink much during the day.. I do try :(

I thought I was the only one that didn't drink much during the day. I'm just not thirsty, I try now to make up a bottle of NAS squash and try & drink that in the day. I'm sure it really helps the weight loss as I guess our bodies cling onto what fluids it gets but we need to be flushed out.

I drink a pint of water before lunch, one with lunch, one after, and one in the evening. Plus cups of tea, probaby 3 a day!

No wonder Im always dashing for the loo!

Sometimes when we think we're hungry we're actually thirsty, wee should be very very pale yellow. I think it helps.

Plan attack. I definitely Dnt drink enough fluids. Gona carry a water bottle around with me n drink as much as possible and see if it showing much different on next weeks weigh in. If we all do it the let us know how we get on x z x

I really do try, 5 out of 7 in the last week i have drank 2.5 litres (only usually 2 litres but i've upped the exercise a little bit), however the other 2 days i have hardly drank anything, if i'm not in the mood then i can't force it.

Hardly drank much last week and had a rubbish loss compared to the weeks before, but that could be down to the natural slow down of weight loss anyway.

I do find i am less bloated when i'm drinking regularly, and my skin is looking great.

I drink 4 liters water a day religiously and my losses have been great, the one week I slacked off and I was hardly drinking anything I only lost 0.5 lbs :( I'm stuggling this week as I'm so cold and can't handle needing to pee all the time! My skin is lovely now and same for me I'm less bloated and never hungry!!!

A little tip if ur struggling mix the water with a no added sugar squash and then set yourself time goals, so I start drinking at 8am, my goal is to have my first 2litre bottle finished by 1pm I then have lunch at 2pm and the next 2litres has to be finished by 7.30 at the latest so I'm not peeing all night! Works for me :)

I always drink a lot of fluids. Remember that ALL fluids count towards your total, so tea, coffee and even your milk allowance can be included in the total.
If you drink ice cold drinks your body uses up more energy (calories) in processing it because it has to raise the tenperature of the water to body temperature.

No added sugar squash with hot water is nice in this cold weather too.
