Hi everyone,
I posted on here once before for some advice (thanks!).
I have my monthly weigh in tomorrow as I`m currently on Xenical but I`m not really losing much weight on it so I would like to give the Lipotrim a try.
I think Xenical is great if you have food issues as it keeps you on the straight and narrow. I actually eat quite healthily & exercise, But have a rubbish body that won`t let go of the fat that I accumulated over the yrs when I wasn`t so good lol (I also have underactive thyroid & PCOS which hinders the WL). I`m not sure it`s really worth me taking them.
I had a look on the LT website and it gives two options, GP Programme & Pharmacy Programme. Do you know if you still have to pay for it if it`s through the GP?
The Dr I`m seeing tomorrow is 1 I haven`t seen before. My usual Dr is on sick leave as she had an operation, So I`m not sure if this Dr will be helpful or understanding with WL -/
Also, Could you please recommend what shakes etc to go for/avoid - Flavours etc
I haven`t read it all completely yet, I take it you have shakes/soups? Am I wrong?
Also, Through GP referral, I joined the gym - Am I allowed to exercise with Lipotrim?
Sorry for all the questions, Wish me luck pls!
Thanks,
LiSe Xx
