I ladylipo. Well done on staying the same after your hols!!

It depends on you as a person. I know myself I like the discipline of having to go an see someone every week. At least if Im bold theyll tell me off :D

If you can successfully calorie count at home and you dont get too bogged down in "counting" and it works then why not?
