i know how you feel. i had a shake for brekie. missed lunch time shake as had the full works roast dinner at 3pm. my dinner was over 1200 cals on its own. i might make myself a concoction of, 100mls skimmed milk, 6/8 ice cubes, 1 scoop of slimfast powder and top it up with 150/200 mls of cold water then shake shake shake. still feel done in from dinner atm!
