I can't help you either tbh but am setting myself a target of 2stone by easter LOL..Just have to keep in the zone now!I have my sons,dh birthday and a dinner and dance over easter and unless I loose weight i can't fit any of my nice stuff LOL

Ill join in this this, it might help if i set out my little over ambitious goals!

By the 25th March i want to be 10 stone!

By the 22th April i want to be 9 stone!

By the 25th May i want to be 8.11.......

Obviously they are slightly unrealistic but dont they say, reach for the stars and even if you miss you'll land on clouds or something like that!!

What are your goals?!
