Eating at Costa - help please!

Hi everyone. I've just started SW from home and I could do with some help. I have a lunch meeting at Costa today and I have completely failed to find the magic form of words to search on the SW site for food at Costa so I can make a good choice in advance. (Is it just me or is the search function almost entirely useless?).

Anyway, does anyone have any recommendations? I'm clear on syns, HEA and HEB for the day so far.

Their website gives nutritional information for nearly everything they sell. No syn values, but hardly anything has a free food allowance so you could use the 1 syn per 20 calories rule.
