Eating between meals

On Slimming World Extra Easy plan, is it important to also eat between meals? I rarely eat between meals preferring just to have my 3 meals per day. Will the weight loss be more or less the same whether I eat between meals or not?

As long as you're not hungry, you're doing it right! Personally, I do snack - especially as I'm up at uni trying to write essays most of the day at the moment. But I know lots of people who stick to three meals and still do really well on the plan. Good luck! This is a great place for support and all sorts of help and answers.
 
For me, the weeks I snack I actually have better losses than the weeks that I am just eating my three meals. I feel fuller so I don't go over on my syns then.
 
When i'm on plan , I tend to snack quite a lot on 'free' food and low syn foods, and I still have good losses, although sometimes I don't snack much...rare though lol......but as long as you're on plan 100% and not hungry , it should be fine :)
