Eating out as a veggie - Help! D;

Hello Guys!

Hope this okay to post on here - i'm a long time lurker and a first time poster I couldn't find anything that's reasonably up to date and i'd hate to mess up my good lasses by using outdated info! (21lb in 5 weeks)

I'm off out to the trafford centre and i'm after something to eat apart from pizza express...

Can anyone recommend any SW friendly vegetarian options at the main chains with their syn values, please?

I only eat fish & normally stick to veggie dishes when out, just on my way to work so cannot look up syns etc, but have your got access to the SW site? There are tips for eating out. I generally stick to tomato pasta dishes for around 3 syns, jackets potatoes too. Salads can be deceiving.
