eating too much

    I think i might be eating too much could u please let me know what you eat on a typical day including snacks thank you i need all the help i can get

    Check out people's diaries above, they usually list what they have to eat each day.

    A lot of people also use My Fitness Pal to track their food.

    use fitness pal it tracks all ur carbs in there its wicked !!!

    I find some days I eat much more than others, but as long as it's the right foods, I go with the flow. Other days I struggle to eat. It hasn't stopped me losing over all. Don't worry, just make sure you're not having too many carbs.
