Check out people's diaries above, they usually list what they have to eat each day.

A lot of people also use My Fitness Pal to track their food.

I find some days I eat much more than others, but as long as it's the right foods, I go with the flow. Other days I struggle to eat. It hasn't stopped me losing over all. Don't worry, just make sure you're not having too many carbs.
