Eggs!

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knew the pro point values for a medium egg? And what happens for 2 and 3 eggs please?

I can't find any of my pro point books and the nutritional info is only per 100g.

A medium egg is 2pp. 2 eggs are 4pp and 3 eggs are 5pp. It's different for different brands though. Why don't you get the total grams of the eggs and divide by how many eggs there are (I'm guessing 6) that way you'll know what weight one egg is. If you post NVs per 100g and what weight one egg is then I can work out the pp's for certain for you x
