Kiwi and fat free muller light

Lunch: sw quiche,beans

Kiwi

Dinner: asda spicy chicken breast with jacket potato and peas

Snack:)late) cold sw quiche

I resisted my hubby's bar of chocolate that's sitting in the fridge lol!

Lots of water

30 min swim

Looks like your doing really well, i'm also due begining of august 6th to be exact.

I have put on about 12lbs so far, keep trying over the last feew weeks to get back on something, but just want to eat all the time (cant eat a whole meal, but then hungry in 1 hour!!!)

How you finding it all.

Snack orange and apple

Lunch: speed soup

Dinner: chicken, sweetcorn, peas half a jacket potato

Snack: muller fat free cherry flavour 0.5 syns

i doing ok thanks hun,i was cal counting but i not at the min i just trying not go to to overboard,im 34+2 and put on 1 stone 8 pounds so not too bad but nt great either haha

Snack: muller Greek style yogurt (0.5 syns ) and an apple

Lunch: sw quiche

Dinner: asda hot and spicy chicken with onion,lettuce,tomatoes,cucumber,radishes,carrot,beetroot

Snack: plum and kiwi

27 weeks pregnant

Breakfast 2 weetabix & milk hea & b

Snack @ 12pm muller low fat Greek yogurt (0.5 syn) and kiwi

Lunch: 3pm ss soup

Dinner: chicken breast with Batchelors rice and sweetcorn

Snack: apple

Water: 3 litres

Gym: 30 mins

Syns used 0.5

Been desperate for chocolate today I know if I had any I wouldn't of stopped at one bar lol managed to resist xx

Thursday 10th may 2012

27+1 had 4hrs sleep :-(

Very early breakfast @ 6am 1 x weetabix with milk

Mid morning snack: 11.30. 2 apples

Lunch: small piece sw quiche and bowl of ss soup

Dinner: 2 slices nimble bread hea turkey and lettuce,onion,tomato.

I gave in to my chocolate craving, 49g bar of dairy milk 13 syns

Water: 2 litres

Syns: 13 syns used

Dinner: 2 small chicken breasts with lettuce,onion,cucumber,tomatoes,beetroot and hard boiled egg 2 syns for salad cream

Water: 2 litres
