ur doing so well with food hun,i used to be do gud on sw but now seem to do one full day of it.was calorie counting for while but stopped that too

Aww thanks just trying to focus on being healthy, all my cravings have been for fruit so far along with the odd bit of chocolate xx

Had such a busy day yesterday had no time to do my food diary, stuck to plan as much as I could,

So today wednesday 16th 2012

28 weeks pregnant

Breakfast : ( something different ). Kellogs all bran and milk and a banana hea & b

Snack: kiwi,plum & apple

Lunch: turkey breast slices, lettuce,tomato,beetroot,cucumber,radishes (salad cream 1 syn)

Cup of tea splash of milk

Dinner: 2 x ww sausages 1 syn lean bacon,beans, poached egg and grilled tomato

Greek muller light 0.5syn

Water: 3 litres

Breakfast: all bran,milk and banana hea & b

Lunch: 2 x plums, 1x apple and Greek muller 0.5 syns

Snack: banana

Dinner: diced tikka chicken mixed in pasta with sweetcorn (light Mayo 1.5 syns)

Water:3 litres

Syns: 2 syns used

Don't seem like I've eaten much had a headache most of today and just generally tired fingers crossed I have energy back tomorrow x

Hi Emma,
You have done so well. I have been loosely doing red/green since January and had lost 8lb by the end of March (not much but I'd definitely not stuck to it 100%) - pleased that I hadn't gained any more anyway! I then found out I was pregnant and decided to try extra easy - I struggle to eat fruit and veg though due to various food intolerances and then I got the morning sickness & have just eaten what I pleased from then until now (11 weeks) which has been lots of grazing through the day and small meals. I haven't gained anything at all during that time but I do know you aren't supposed to gain much in the first 12 weeks so I'm preparing myself that the gains will start soon.

Just wondering how much you have gained? I am hoping that if/when the sickness subsides I can try some form of extra easy again as my Mum gained around 5 stone when she had me and being already 3 stone overweight, I don't have room for gaining that much!

Hey Hun,

Im 28 weeks and gained 10 lb so far which isn't too bad am hoping to keep it to around 1 stone 1 and a half stone xxx
