Decided to have a day off plan :)

Shredded wheat milk banana

1 hotdog in a roll 3 syns?

1 Iceland chicken burger in a roll, 0.5 syn for burger 2 for small roll ?

3 jubilees 3 syns

Was ment to be a day off plan well it sort of was but just couldn't really eat a lot lol

Lol it's the only time I lose it, but then again I'm really trying to be good with what I'm eating, I've had to cut out all caffeine chocolate ect as it makes my restless legs worse :-(

Yeah been back doing it a while :) forget to do yesterday's but I did stay on plan xx
