I was the same hun I just wanted to cry all the time for the first few days. It does get better honestly 
Im on week 5 now and i still get days where i feel like bursting into tears but i think its just hormones as its usually around my TOM lol xx

The third day was the worst for me. My family had takeaway chips in the car in front of me and then Tesco Express toilets were out of order when I desperately needed to go....I was on the verge of some sort of meltdown!!
