everyone here loves their food, it is the reason for needing SW in the first place right?
but how do those that eat for comfort and when emotional cope?
i have just started sw, but i am definitely a self confessed emotional and comfort eater.
i am facing a bit of stress at the moment,
ok so i know there's always someone out there worse off than myself,
but i am currently going through marriage separation after 10 years
which is very hard, my landlord kicked me out (with 4 young children) 6 days before xmas, because he wants to sell his house, so am in a temporary house n no idea when or where im moving, and my usual reaction to stress is to eat and eat and of course all the wrong foods too.
at the moment im ok, im new to sw so motivation and determination are strong!
but do you have any coping strategies for when the fruit n veg dont cut it? xx
