    Empire Biscuit Pro Plus Points

    Hi I have just worked out the score of an Empire Biscuit 75g and it a Whopping 44 Points. Holy Smoke!

    Just had to "Ask" it lol. It's similar to a Viennese whirl I love them but I've never had or even heard of an Empire biscuit! Looking at it I'm surprised it weighed 75g ~ must have been a big one lol. Looked nice though - cept for the glace cherry ewww and the icing and being filled with just jam! lool

    I think the tesco ones work out at about 6.5 points

    lol No Empire biscuit I ever ate was 44 points :rotflmao: Theyre about 200 kcals theyre probably about 6 or 7 theyd need to be the size of a car tyre to be 44 points lol

    What on earth are you using for the nutritional value
