Well ova last few days my head has bin all ova the place (sw wise) yesterday was a total rite off so didnt even bother posting but had a word with myself and tryed to remember why im doin this( bcuz im soooo sick of lookin like a sack of spuds in everythin i wear :() I allways seem to do so well at the start then hit a brick wall and giv up! really dnt want to do that this time so 2day have gone right back to the begining, looked at sum diff meal ideas and started planning ahead. Hav also started to put a bit more effort in2 some exersise. Ive got exactly 4 weeks till my hols so gona giv 100% THIS IS FOR ME!!!!!:D
