Evening way in ...?

Hi,
I have weigh in in the evening and just out of curiosity what do you all eat before /during the day?
I have porridge and soup and hi fi bars. i would prefer to not eat but hey i love food lol.

Hi my weigh in is 5:30 so I only have breakfast bars for my brekkie and only drink up to 3pm so right now I'm Hank marvin lol x
