Evening weigh in

    I have my second weigh in tomorrow, and it is in the evening, surely the best time to stand on the scales is in the morning (can't change the group) Will what i eat and drink throughout the day have an affect on this. :confused:

    It doesn't really matter what time you weigh in as long as it is about the same time every week. What you eat may affect your weight but you will be weighing like for like - hope that makes sense.

    Definitely don't starve yourself on WI day as that's not what the SW plan is about - and you wouldn't eat that way normally.

    Thank you Denise,

    I thought as much, makes sense, it just feels like i am adding to my weight even though i'm not a fool and know this!

    I don't starve, i eat normally but do wonder if it's better to have say a red day over a carb day, if that makes sense!

    I used to try and not eat or drink much on weigh in day but why bother it all sorts its self out and only you know if you have had a good week. sometimes when I though I had been good I ended up putting on or stayig the same. Just folow the plan and it works. But we all want a good result at weigh in good luck I weigh in tonight as well!

    Weds is my weigh in but i'm not convinced i've lost even tho i have been following the plan, i will see how i go but might try to do more red days next week.
