Hi KD or anyone else who might know, I've started doing some daily weight training, not much really just dumbbell reps. Apart from the fact building muscle might throw deceive the scales would it effect the actual diet? Thanks!

I'm doing ss on and off admitedly but I am now doing a bootcamp excercise class and was wondering about doing ss with it.
How much excercise do you do on ss?

p.s i believe, as i can personally see it, that you do actually build muscle whilst exercising even on ss plans.
by loosing weight and doing resistant exercises such as my body pump class i can see a lot of definition appearing on my arms and legs (most exposed areas).
