Exercise as a weightloss tool?

Hey all, I'm on the app (how cool is that?!) Lol. Just wondered if there was a forum for ppl who are using exercise/running for weightloss.

I love food too much. I do a half hearted skimming world but I really do suck. Lol.
 
I am at the moment - although im technically dieting and only having a certain amount of calories per day, im trying to make sure I do as much exercise as poss.

Want to get to a point where exercise is natural and as a result the weight falls off much more easily. Aiming for 30 mins a day 6 days a week at moment :)
