Exercise Machine

Hi

I really want to lose weight and am even considering doing the E word (yes, exercise!) lol

I have been looking around at some of the cross trainers and they all have a weight limit (of which I am over)

I am 21st and 5lbs currently. Can anyone recomend any sturdy machines I can use at home?

I have a exercise bike which accomodates up to 25st i think ... reminds me i need to start using it. Lol. Have ordered a hula hoop so going to try and use that ... well see if that helps

haha snap here i am 22 6 and struggled to find one and boy are they pricey for our weight (i had my rant somewhere about that) but i found a cross trainer that takes up to 23st 8lb it is the [h=1]Reebok C5.1e Cross Trainer[/h]it has cost me alot but am hoping it helps shift the ponds from my belly aswell as bank account

O well done on finding that and buying it. Yea, really pricey. I recently had a look on ebay and it may be worth checking on there for equipment too.

O the hoop arrived today. Suprisingly good. Will see what the results are. Lol
