Hi, I tend to do some sort of exercise everyday mainly walking, if I do say 300 calories of walking on A DD would I add those to the 500 I am allowed or would I just stick to 500 despite the exercise :0/ confused lol
Thanks for replying everyone I won't eat any extra calories. Just wanted to check on case I do it wrong first week. Lost 5lb since starting on Sunday so really pleased with it atm
