Exercise The Night Before Weigh In

Thinking about starting a circuit training class Wednesday night, and get weighed on Thursday morning. Is it possible that this exercise will affect my weight loss negatively on Thursday? Or will the time over night allow for water tension to reduce and hopefully show my hard work this week? (well since Saturday).

hi i am not sure but it will be worth a try and if you put on you will know its the water? i used to go circuit training it was fab! but then the gym closed down and i became lazy lol x

I imagine to begin with it may affect it as starting any exercise does but after a few weeks it will settle xx

Thanks for the replies :)
I'll just give it a go and if there's a gain it'll easy come off the week after! Am getting near target now so the exercise will do my body good, needs a little toning. x

Def stick with it itll only be water weight from using new muscles it will benefit in the long run xx
