Right I need some help.
I hate exercise. Absolutely bloomin' hate it. I find it a mindless chore and it bores the hell out of me.
I don't mind swimming. At one point I was swimming 3 - 4 times a week for an hour each time, but it didn't really help with weight loss. I did feel much fitter though.
Then my fertility consultant told me that swimming is a pointless exercise for losing weight and I lost all motivation to go. So now I go about once a week but I don't enjoy it as much.
I don't really do much other exercise. I walk along the beach a couple of times a week, but it is a stroll, not particularly energetic.
The thought of doing an exercise DVD or going to the gym fills me with dread.
Should I up the swimming? Does it really make no difference? Do I have to just bite the bullet and do some mindless walking/running/aerobics and get over myself?
