exercise

On SS you're not advised to do exercise. Some people find it helpful, especially if they're used to it, but many find it stalls their losses. Exercise is part of my life so I went on 810 and I'm going to the gym for stretching, light weights and some walking on the treadmill, but really trying not to overdo it.
 
Have had good losses for four weeks but STS this week, not sure it's to do with exercise more my body catching up, but if I don't lose much next week I'll cut back on the exercise more.
 
Halellujah! I've been on SS+ for 3 weeks now and have only lost 4lbs. I do Zumba 3 nights per week (have done for months) so I'm wondering now if I should maybe move up to the next plan? It's been doing my head in wondering what I'm doing wrong, when I thought I was doing everything right - Doh!
 
certainly can't do any harm to try it for a week. if you do 810 properly you should stay in keto.
