What sort of exercise do you all do whilst on the WW Plan? Also how often do you exercise?
 
When I can be arsed, usually 30 mins at a time!!
 
Im doing a 20 min zumba class on the wii 3 times a week :) x
 
i just have work! work in a high school as a cleaner so its a busy shift. once the weight comes off though i'll probably start something else.
 
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday I go out on my bike, for about 20-30 minutes.
Saturday and sunday I do the same but do a longer or tougher track, usually up and down hilly country roads.

Thursday I go to work 9-5, weigh in 5.30 to near enough 7, then by the time I get my dinner its bedtime so I have a day off then.
 
Monday - 1hr walk
Tuesday - circuits session (cardio boxing and some resistance)
Wednesday - 1hr walk
Saturday - 2hr walk
Sunday - bike ride ,anything from 20 mins to an hour

I go to the gym for an hour 3 times a week. I've started swimming this week and I'm aiming to do that 3 times a week also.

Usually i have on average a 2lb per week loss. Have started swimming as the last few weeks i've gained a few lb so hoping to get that back off x
 
I do shift work, so it's hard getting into a routine. I *try* to do cardio in the gym for an hour. Although I do walk to and from work (about 15 minutes each way, maybe 20).
