Extra Easy: Does anyone know the syns in a shop bought scotch egg?

make them yourself, they are so easy and so tasty. I love my home made ones, its 1.5 Tesco Lighter choices reduced fat Cumberland sausages (skin off) wrapped around a medium hard boiled egg. Dipped in beaten egg and then rolled in crushed scan bran :sigh: or ryvita wholemeal crisp bread (looks more appetising) and then baked in the oven for 30 mins. 2 syns each and very very nice, esp if you eat them while still warm.

Omg they sound delicious!

I wouldn't have normally had a scotch egg but was rather hungry at work and not much else to eat (im surrounded by choc a work)!
