Extra Easy: Free Ham Help Please!!

Hi, Just started slimming world again at home. Never been to a class and using a friends book aswell as online but im struggling with what hams are ok. Does anyone know if Icelands average sliced honey roast ham is free? It states 90% pork but just not sure, any help would be much appreciated :)
 
Per 100g 106 kcal, Protein 19.4g, Carbs 1.3g (of which sugars 1.3g) Fat 2.5g (of which saturates 0.9g) Fibre 0.1g Sodium 0.9g Salt 2.3g - i think i have gave you all he info? Thanks
 
I had always been under the impression that the "healthy low fat" ham you can buy is free on EE. I always thought the normal ham was too, if you cut off any visible bits of fat. Would be glad if someone can clarify especially as this week I've been eating ham salads and ham in wholemeal bread for lunch! :)
 
Yeah ham is free as long as all visable fat is removed. I usually try to choowebatuff thats not processed (cos its yuck) lol.
 
Iceland honeyroast ham is free. However interestingly when I was looking up bernard matthews honey roast turkey ham is 1 syn per 100g x

LOL Not surprised :D I am not sure if there's actually any "regular/normal" meat in it instead of all cooked up connective tissue with artificial flavours (sorry for putting people off, but I detest processed "food" like that) xx
