I am new to sw could anyone please advise me on how to do extra easy

That should be a good starting point for the basic outline of the plan, shout up for any more questions!

you can have anything free on extra easy thats either free on green pages or red pages

Try and make sure that you eat 1/3 superfree foods along with the free foods too
