Im not sure if this is in the correct section im new to all this, so sorry if its not. I was just wondering if someone could explain to me how the extra easy days work as I have just started SW diet from home and im a currently using my mum's old SW book. In these there is no metion of the extra easy days haha so could someone please enlighten me.
