Hy all hope everyone is well.... Sooo iv been on lighterlife,cd. Ww, diets n the last 6 years been lossin n puttin on but I hope Nw this is for good :) I'm doing thr measureup diet frm asda :) 2 shks / 3x 100 cal snacks n a 600 dinner .. Sooo Nw is the tym to do it propa :)

Starting weight - 14.7 st
Start date -27/4/11
Goal weight - 12st

Hey thnx nt Been to good last couple o days ... Can anyone tel me if it's 2 scoops a shk?? I really wna lose weight .. Today I had a shk n also rice n bread n a lol bit o crisps dnt knw wht to do .. Need some motivation but I walkd really atlst 2 miles.. :D but had a icecrm cone :( which I dnt knw if was good o bad .....

Tmrr for brkfast I'm going to hv a strbry shk n thn I'm out for lunch with fam n whn I come hm il hv a shk... So Hpfuly will be a good result on Tuesday... Hmm will see wht hpns x
