well i'm doind aamw, last thing tonight as i weigh tomorrow, but usually i ss, and on the that week i wasn't supposed to eat lol...

but me and OH were away for the weekend and decided to have a treat... thankfully it did me no harm and did not affect ketosis...

will deffo have it again x

my cdc said that chicken tikka is fine aswell as tandoori cas its not made with any oil.
