I have mostly been maintaining, but have dropped some more since you were here - but for the last 9 or 10 weeks I am staying within 2-3 pounds, either side, of my goal. I think mostly I am toning. I have been walking 4 or 5 miles, about 3 - 5 times a week.

You know me and exsercise - that is all I am doing. I know I need to incorporate strength, some ab work and arm work - but this is it for now, and wayyyyy more then I ever imagined myself doing!
